Jennifer Smith says her 2 daughters were sleeping when she pulled into her apartment parking spot around 2:30 Tuesday morning. She helped her 5-year-old special needs daughter inside first, but 3-year-old Faith Collins was still strapped in her seat when a thief stole the car. Snohomish County sheriff’s deputies found the car abandoned about 4 hours later with Faith unharmed inside. Click ‘play’ arrow for Corwin Haeck’s report.
