(SEATTLE, Wash.) — Kevin Cronin and his two sons, Kevin, Jr. and Dylan were in federal court Monday, charged with multiple counts related to the Jan. 6th, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Prosecutors say surveillance video, images posted on social media, and cell phone data all place the three of them inside the Capitol building at the height of the insurrection.

Dylan faces the most charges with seven, including Destruction of Government Property for allegedly using a 2×4 to break a window in an attempt to get inside the Senate chambers. At the time, the Senate was certifying the results of the 2020 election.

The three will not enter formal pleas until a hearing in Federal Court for the District of Columbia on June 23rd.

If each of the defendants is convicted on all counts, they could spend several years in prison.
