Not an ‘intentional Russian attack’: Calming words from WA Congress member

U.S. Congressman Adam Smith from our state is seeking to dispel fears Russia may have launched a missile into Poland, potentially provoking a NATO military response. Smith tells C-SPAN, Ukraine was likely defending itself against frequent Russian missile attacks targeting civilians. The 9th district Democrat calls those attacks “war crimes.”
