Prosecutors say 28-year-old Stephen Tyler Clayton of Kingston raped three women over 4 years. Today in court, Clayton agreed to a deal under which he would plead guilty only to one count of 3rd degree rape and one count of 3rd degree assault. In return he will serve a 12 month sentence. Prosecutors told the court they did not think they could get convictions on all 3 rapes. Two accusers appeared at the hearing to complain about the deal. Click play to hear Corwin Haeck’s report.
