Renton-based Wizards of the Coast retreats from deeply unpopular revised Dungeons & Dragons open license

Weeks of outrage within the Dungeons & Dragons community have led to a concession from Wizards of the Coast, owners of the tabletop roleplaying franchise. Wizards now says it will not revise the Open Gaming License (OGL) that allows outside game designers to invent and sell their own D&D gameplay characters and adventures.
