State Representative Drew Hansen (D-Bainbridge Island) is sponsor of HB 1469, an effective nose-thumbing to states with restrictive abortion laws. The bill, which passed the House Tuesday, blocks other states from seeking to investigate, subpoena, arrest of extradite anyone who comes from their state to Washington for abortion or other reproductive health services.
