Discovery has officially begun reviewing acquisition bids from leading industry players including Paramount Skydance, Comcast and Netflix.The company had previously confirmed it was reviewing strategic alternatives — including a full sale or a split-up of its studio, streaming and cable divisions to maximise shareholder value.
