Conflicting rulings on abortion pill, but Washington state has a plan

Late Friday, two federal judges issued conflicting rulings on mifepristone, a drug commonly used in abortions. One judge ruled FDA approval should be rescinded, though he stayed his ruling pending appeal. Another judge ruled access to the drug should be expanded. We’ll take a look at the rulings, plus examine Washington state’s contingency plan that was just announced this week.
