Local colorectal cancer survivors share message of screenings and support

Colorectal Cancer survivors and supporters hold their 4th annual Walk Loud event at Seattle’s Gas Works Park Saturday, October 4.  The community is growing and urges people age 45 and older to get life-saving screenings.  Also in a new Puget Sound Now, the Seattle Mariners ” Bark-in-the-Park” baseball game supports Canine Companions, a valuable service dog program.   Western Washington has a growing human trafficking problem.  How business, local governments, and average citizens can help end modern day slavery.
