(WASHINGTON, D.C.) – Ahead of the Supreme Court’s new term starting on Monday, the justices have agreed to hear a case about guns on private property. The case comes from Hawaii, where gun rights groups are challenging a state law that prohibits guns on private property (e.g. – bars, nightclubs) unless the owner has explicitly allowed them. We’ll hear from an expert.
