Ethiopian Airlines, flight crew should share blame for deadly 2019 737 Max crash, U.S. investigators say

The National Transportation Safety Board has reviewed a report prepared by Ethiopian authorities, which concludes the MCAS flight control system is solely to blame for the March 10, 2019 crash of an Ethiopian Airlines Boeing 737 MAX-8 that killed 158.
