Anthony Ippolito has been cast as a young Sylvester Stallone in I Play Rocky, an upcoming biopic that dramatizes the making of the 1976 classic Rocky. Known for portraying Al Pacino in The Offer, Ippolito won the role after submitting an unsolicited audition tape that echoed the film’s underdog spirit. Fans can revisit the original Rocky now on Amazon Prime Video.
Meanwhile, Lionsgate has announced that The Twilight Saga will return to theaters this October in a special re-release event. All five films—Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn Parts 1 and 2—will screen on the big screen once again, with ticket details to be revealed soon under the campaign tagline “Forever Begins Again.”
