WA Dems calling Ferguson’s bluff

(OLYMPIA, Wash.) – The House and Senate each released budget proposals this week. Both included significant tax hikes, mostly targeting the rich. Governor Ferguson has said “we’re not gonna tax our way out of this,” when it comes to the budget crisis, but legislative Democrats are insisting new revenues, as they would call them, are needed to keep the state in the black.
